§2Law enforcement & subpoenas

Send requests to legal@xlinked.app with "Legal process" in the subject line. We require valid United States legal process for production of customer data. Emergency disclosure only where imminent harm to life is documented.

§3Disputes

Governing law: United States. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the seat in the United States, in English. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you non-waivable rights, those rights still apply.
